Outsourcing support


We provide solutions in outsourcing of customer service, technical support, switchboard solutions and telephone sales, both incoming and outgoing calls. We also handle other channels with customer contacts such as e-mail, chat, forums and social media – Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.

The company is characterised by innovation where no problem is too small and no challenge is too big. We supply telephone services in all the Nordic languages as well as Spanish, English and German.

Since 2017 we have also had call centres in Thailand and Spain from which we can provide Nordic customer service.
